Pet Bereavement Support
Losing a beloved pet can be an incredibly difficult time. Our companion animals are a big part of our lives and family and their loss can be felt as strongly as with any other family member.
Many of us share an intense love and bond with our animals and it is natural to feel overwhelmed by feelings of grief and sadness when they pass.
Grieving is a highly individual experience. Some people find grief comes in stages where denial, anger, guilt and depression are felt. They may find they need help working through these stages to eventually be able to accept and find some resolution. Others find grief flows in waves and still after years an anniversary, a memory, a sight or sound can trigger a strong sense of grief. Children in particular may not understand what has happened and may need help working through their feelings and grief.
One hour in person, telephone or video call sessions (£45 per session).

Our Pets Become The Stars Above
No pawprint ever truly fades,
no wag is ever lost.
They live in stories, photos, smiles,
in every heart they crossed.
And though saying goodbye feels heavy,
love still lingers, soft and deep —
Our pets become the stars above
watching gently as we sleep.
